The registration fees include participation in the Grand Opening of the Surteco Design Center, the respective meeting, networking breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks and snacks, beverages inside the conference room, reception, and the Conference Dinner. After registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. Standard payment is by bank transfer, credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) is available upon request.

Cancellations: A fee of USD 200 will be charged for cancellations up to October 6, 2017. For cancellations received from October 7, 2017, to October 13, 2017 there will be a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after October 13, 2017. However, substitutions of delegates may be made at any time free of charge.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the delegates at a preferred rate of USD 229 per room per night plus taxes. The resort fee is USD 22 per day.
