The registration fee is subject to 19 % German tax (in accordance with EU
directive 2006/112/EC). The registration fees include participation in the respective meeting, conference proceedings, morning coffee, lunches, coffee breaks and snacks, beverages inside the conference room, and Conference Dinner. After registration you will receive a confirmation by fax and an invoice by mail. Standard payment is by bank transfer, credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) is available upon request.
Cancellations: A fee of EUR 200 will be charged for cancellations up to 11 March 2011. For cancellations received from 12 March 2011 to 25 March 2011 there will be a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 25 March 2011. However, substitutions of delegates may be made at any time free of charge.

The Munich Mariott Hotel is located in Schwabing, close to the Motorway A9 and Munich airport.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the delegates at a rate of EUR 150 per single room per night, including taxes.

Impress Conference Dinner
The traditional Conference Dinner is sponsored by Impress Decor and will be held at the "Hackerhaus" in the heart of Munich on 13 April 2011. Bus transportation from and to the conference hotel will be provided.
